Primers/Base Coats:
Moisture Vapor Barrier Epoxy Primer
The limit has not yet been set with the capacity to adhere over slabs with Moisture Vapor Emission (MVE) in excess of 27 pounds without bubbling or losing bond, the MVB Epoxy Primer has no equals! This product can also be accelerated in lower temperatures and when turn around times require. MVB Epoxy Primer is where the buck stops in choosing a primer that insures success!
WB Epoxy Primer
In conditions where the MVE is not quite as high and the residual emission isn’t as stringent, WB Epoxy Primer has amazing penetration and rapid recoat time. It comes close to eliminating resultant MVE and can be used as the base for several topcoats in either clears or pigmented providing a beautiful, functional and long service system!
Poly Primer Sealer
Applications where a clear is desired with exterior exposure & lighting with UV wavelength as well as application in sub-freezing conditions, Poly Primer Sealer is the product! The wait to recoat is phenomenally short, saving costly down time. When using as a final coat, the return to service makes the customers’ down time to a minimum!
Top Coats/Sealers:
UV Clear Epoxy Top Coat
Finally, an epoxy system that has exceptional UV resistance! It can be used interior where there is much sunlight entering through windows or where the light source is within the UV spectrum; all this while maintaining the chemical resistance epoxy is renowned for.
WB Epoxy Top Coat
This phenomenal coating is on the cutting edge of water based technology! The high build product uses a 100% solids ‘A’ component and can actually be used for quartz broadcast. It provides a very clear high gloss chemical resistant finish. A water based ‘A’ component is also available & has just as much wear resistance and gloss where high build is not required.
Poly 100
A high solids low odor polyaspartic; with amazing viscosity for such a high solids product, not to mention longer working time prior to gaining viscosity while approaching cure. The Poly 100 is used where higher film build is required and/or the odor of Poly 75 and Poly Primer Sealer is prohibited.
Poly 75
A polyaspartic designed to provide just the right blend of application ease and material solids. This provides a film with proper build for protection in wear and chemical resistance as well as amazing gloss.
Chemical Resistant Urethane
Based on polyester resin, this product employs technologies in order to achieve the performance of coatings now illegal within the AQMD limits! Neither application friendliness or physical capacities have been sacrificed in accomplishing this cutting edge product!
WB Urethane
This innovation has provided for the capacity to have a high solids two component urethane in a water based vehicle! The build, gloss and scratch resistance are close to unmatched in the industry! This product has very little odor and appropriate for interiors and when sensitive to odor. Its only limitations are higher prevailing humidity and the film thickness is also limited.
