May 2020:

Moisture Vapor Emission (MVE)

MVE occurs in all concrete slabs on grade; however, much of this transmission is reduced by proper grade preparation and barrier sheet applied prior to the pour of concrete. The concrete mix itself is also vital in creating the optimal density, but, unfortunately, most concrete falls short resulting in less than optimal sub-straights for coating adhesion & performance. The challenge is achieving wicking or penetrating into the slab while moisture is pushing the opposite direction. It is then important to keep the film from bubbling while curing.

Overcoming these issues in coating such slabs has been mastered by Industrial Polymers LLC! We employ several systems within its makeup to achieve superior penetration and all but eliminate bubbles in the film. No other company’s products has achieved this, another evidence that THERE IS NO EQUAL!

February 2020:

Establishing credibility is daunting in this day & age. Those who perform the marketing functions for a company know little, or, more commonly, nothing of the products they are selling—the performance and capabilities or what makes these products exceptional.

Industrial Polymers LLC’s primary emphasis is on product quality, performance, longevity and user friendliness that exceeds comparable products used in the concrete coatings industry. Our formulary is specific to the substrate’s requirements and to the kind of use and exposure the finished system will be subjected to, not to mention the ease of application. All these properties are both required and guaranteed for the final product. Laboratory analysis also exceeds ANSI parameters in order to ensure product performance.

Also, if we can’t fit the bill with any of our systems, we will direct you to the best available option elsewhere. In short, Industrial Polymers LLC is the real deal!
